For de-stoning of cherries, plums, sour cherries, apricots, peaches, mangoes,… A sieve with Ø 5mm perforation is built into the machine as standard. There are optionally exchange sieves with different-sized perforations from Ø 0.5mm to Ø 10mm. Depending on fruits and ripeness, the output is up to 650 kg. per hour.

The Urschel Model G Dicer is a three-dimensional continuous cutting machine that can produce slices, strip cuts, or dice. It’s equipped with stainless steel product contact parts and can operate continuously. The Model G-A Dicer is set up for 1/2″ x 3/4”.

The Hallde RG-1 is a high-speed, high-volume food cutter, chopper, dicer, grater, processor, shredder, and slicer. It can slice, dice, shred, grate, and cut julienne potato chips. It can cut up to 5 kg per minute.

The TDC/3 is a tilting, table-top kettle with a direct steam-heated jacket. The one-piece stainless steel body includes a butterfly-shaped pouring lip. The TDC/3 kettle has a jacket rated for working pressures up to 55 PSI.
