Description
The jet cooker is a custom skid capable of easy customization for various starch flow rates (2-4LPM), temperatures, enzyme dosing, primary and secondary hold times, and other variables.
This skid is capable of running on starch produced through our wet milling line or 3rd party product brought to the facility. After cooking, product can be filtered and run through our ion exchange columns prior to concentration through our falling film evaporator. IBRL Inventory # 56-002
