Yimeng (Delores) Zeng is a senior majoring in Food Science and Human Nutrition at the University of Urbana-Champaign. After researching in the Meat Lab and Sensory Evaluation Lab for one year, Yimeng decided to explore more major-related fields and began her new journey in IBRL PP. The gained practical experience in downstream processing which strengthened her enthusiasm to continue researching at graduate school and working in the food industry after graduation.
